Those Indian Guys – see them again and again at The Globe Theatre this year

Kaseran and Sans, otherwise known as Those Indian Guys, are back at The Globe Theatre at Gold Reef City Casino for a limited run of shows in January and February this year.

See Those Indian Guys 1: Comedy with an East Infection from 27 to 29 January, followed by the sequel Those Indian Guys 2: Bigger, Browner & Twice as Funny from 3 to 12 February 2012. The floor-stomping, side-splitting comedies are not to be missed, thanks to the wacky performance style of Kaseran and Sans.

These shows come with a warning: Please consult your doctor if you are not allowed to laugh for 75 minutes non-stop. Carry an asthma pump even if you don't have asthma. The clever, witty and very naughty sketch comedy shows are a zany exploration of Indian identity and culture.

Both these hit comedies have played to packed houses all over the country, including sell-out runs at Gold Reef City Casino and both Sans and Kaseran have been nominated for ‘Best Performance in a Comedy’ - for Those Indian Guys at The Mercury Durban Theatre Awards.

You’ll know Kaseran from Survivor SA, Going Nowhere Slowly, On the Couch, Mr Bones 2 and the ridiculous IPL man, The Raj. Sans is familiar from appearances on Eastern Mosaic, live in Karma Komedian, Curry on Laughing, Binnelanders and a range of comedic adverts for Standard Bank, CTM, Cell C, Chicken Licken, Willards and Dial Direct. Those Indian Guys 1 takes place at 20:15 on Friday’s, 17:15 and 20:15 on Saturday’s and 17:15 on Sunday’s from 27 to 29 January, while Those Indian Guys 2 takes place at 20:15 on Friday’s, 17:15 and 20:15 on Saturday’s and 17:15 on Sunday’s from 3 to 12 February 2012.
