Saturday Night Jackpots

1.       No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

2.       Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3.       This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

FreePlay Bonusing activations

4.       The FreePlay Bonusing Activations is open only Gold Reef City rewards cardholders.

5.       FreePlay Bonusing sessions will take place Every Saturday from 05 March until 26 March 2022 from 14h00 until 21h00.

6.       Guests can enter the Bonusing session by playing on any Slot machine or Table’s game on the Casino floor on the Activation days during the Activation times.

7.       Certain Slot Machines are excluded from Bonusing which is clearly marked.

8.       If a participant plays with a Rewards card that does not belong to him/her, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and a re-draw will be done.

9.       Guests who may have left the tables or slots before the promotions team get to them, will unfortunately forfeit their prize and the prize will go back into the Bonusing pool of prizes.

10.   Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

11.   Bonus Jackpots winners will be selected by way of random selection using the approved IGT Bonusing module for Slots and the Bonusing application for Tables winners.

12.   Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.

13.   Slots winners once verified will win Slots FreePlay and Tables winners once verified will win Tables Non-negotiable chips.

Car Draws

14.   This promotion is open to Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders only.

15.   These draws will take place only on 05, 12, 19 and 26 March 2022.

16.   A total of 7 finalists will be selected, 1 finalist an hour from 14h00 until 21h00 (7 finalists in total)

17.   Gold Reef City will utilise a Bonusing module which will randomly choose finalists either Playing on a Slots Machine or Tables Game.

18.   Winners will be approached and notified of their prize at the Slot Machine or Table.

19.   Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

20.   Finalists will be selected by way of random draw.

21.   Finalists who are present will be given 180 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of a valid Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

22.   Finalists are required to be present at the Table or Slot Machine.

23.   These 7 finalists will then participate in the 21h00 Car draw.

24.   Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.

25.   Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

26.   Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.

27.    Prize winners will be required to produce positive and acceptable form of identification to be verified as a winner.

28.   All prizes must be claimed from Gold Reef City Casino within 15 days from the day of the draw.

29.   All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

30.   Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

31.   In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.

32.   Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

33.   The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
