3. The promotional entry form can only be obtained from the Theme Park entrance when collecting your armband provided that the Theme Park ticket was purchased online at Goldreefcity.co.za for an entry to the park on the 9^th to 11^th August 2023.
4. This offer only applies to online ticket purchases for All Access tickets as well as Gold Reef City Rewards Cardholder tickets.
5. Entry form completion acknowledges acceptance of all terms and conditions.

6. The draw will take place on Friday, 11 August 2023, at 16h00 at the Gold Reef City Theme Park in Town Square under Surveillance coverage.
7. There will be one valid ticket drawn and the prize will be an Xbox Series X Bundle valued at R15,000.
8. The prize winner will be selected by way of a random draw from a manual draw bin. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
9. Winners do not need to be present at the draw and will be notified via SMS and telephonic communication.
10. In the event of rain, there will be no consolation and normal Theme park rules will apply.
11. Entry forms will not be issued to complimentary ticket holders and staff ticket holders.
12. Entry forms must be completed in full and placed in the entry bins provided.
13. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino customer service desk. Gold Reef City shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided.

1. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes upon collecting their prize.
2. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

4. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
5. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
6. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
