This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants, of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This Promotion runs weekly in November and December 2022.
  4. Get a weekly entry for every 4 Theme Park tickets purchased online to visit the Theme Park on a Thursday or Friday from 03 November to 09 December 2022.
  5. Electronic Entries will be issued as follows:
    Entry Criteria Purchase tickets for Entries
    Every 4 x Theme Park tickets 03 or 04 November 2022 1 weekly entry + 1 final entry
    Every 4 x Theme Park tickets 10 or 11 November 2022 1 weekly entry + 1 final entry
    Every 4 x Theme Park tickets 17 or 18 November 2022 1 weekly entry + 1 final entry
    Every 4 x Theme Park tickets 24 or 25 November 2022 1 weekly entry + 1 final entry
    Every 4 x Theme Park tickets 01 or 02 December 2022 1 weekly entry + 1 final entry
    Every 4 x Theme Park tickets 08 or 09 December 2022 1 Final draw entry
  6. The weekly prize winners will be selected by way of an online random number generator at Gold Reef City in Gauteng. The winners do not need to be present and will be contacted on the day of the draw telephonically with details provided through their online booking on the Gold Reef City webstore.
  7. All winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours of the notification.
  8. The winners will have 15 days from the time of notification to collect their prize at the Customer Services Desk at Gold Reef City Casino within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
  9. If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the above-mentioned 15 days – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
  10. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  11. There will be 3 Weekly prizes and 3 final draw prizes for this promotion.
  12. In the event of a malfunction on any element directly related to this promotion, A manual solution will be provided
  13. All additional costs are for the winners own account.
  14. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees, or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
