How to Enter:

This promotion is only open to all movie-goers who have booked a ticket for the MERCY movie from 29 January to 8 February 2026 at Gold Reef City’s movies@.

Participants will have to write their name, surname and cell phone number on the back of their “MERCY” movie ticket receipt and enter it into the entry bin provided at the movies@ foyer at Gold Reef city.

What you Win:

You win a Theme Park Voucher courtesy of MERCY worth R1,000!

How do I Win: 

The winner will be selected on the 10th of February 2026

and the winner will be contacted telephonically.

  1. The Promotion is open to South African citizens only.
  2. Any person/s who has entered.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Participants can activate their entries into this promotion by popping their valid ‘’MERCY” movie ticket in the branded entry box provided by Gold Reef City, customers will need to write their contact details (Name, Surname and Cell number) on the back of the ticket before entering.

  6. The Promotion closes on 8 February 2026 at 00h00.
  7. The prize winners will be selected by way of a random manual draw on 10 February 2026 at Gold Reef City in Gauteng. The winners do not need to be present and will be contacted on the day of the draw.
  8. Only 1 winner will be selected from the combined entries by a random manual draw.
  9. Prize will be in the form of a Theme park Voucher to the value of R1,000.
  10. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  11. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner telephonically.
  12. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours of the notification.
  13. The winners will have 15 days from the time of notification to collect their prize at the Tsogo Sun Rewards desk at Gold Reef City within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
  14. If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the above-mentioned 15 days – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
  15. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  16. The prize is for 1 person only.
  17. The prize excludes transport to and from Gold Reef City.
  18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  20. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
