1. The Promotion is open to South African citizens only.
2. Any person/s who has entered.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants can activate their entries into this promotion by popping in a manual ticket in the branded entry box provided by Gold Reef City, customers will need to write their contact details (Name, Surname, email address and Cell number)

6. The Promotion closes on 27^th of April 2026 at 17h00.
7. The prize winners will be selected by way of a random manual draw on 07, 14, 21 & 28 April 2026 at Gold Reef City Casino under surveillance coverage.
8. The winner will be notified via the contact number provided
9. A total of 9 winners will be selected per weekly draw (36 winners in total).
10. All valid entries will be included in the Grand Draw taking place on 28 April 2026 at 11h00, where 4 additional winners will be selected.
11. Weekly prizes consist of:

• 2 x Theme Park Tickets
• 2 x 2D Movie Tickets

12.The Grand Prize (1st winner) includes:

• 2-night stay for 2 at Palazzo Hotel
• 2 x Bird Gardens tickets
• Lunch Voucher for Medeo Restaurant & Terrace – R1,000
• Dinner for 2 at Billy G Buffet
• 2 x Movie Tickets

13. Grand Prizes (2nd to 4th winners) include:

• 2nd winner – 1-night stay at Emerald Resort & Casino (including lunch and dinner at Graze)
• 3^rd winner – 1-night stay at Gold Reef City (including lunch at Barney’s and dinner at Billy G)
• 4^th winner – Barney’s voucher to the value of R1,000

12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
13. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner telephonically.
14. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours of the notification.
15. The winners will have 15 days from the time of notification to collect their prize at the Tsogo Sun Rewards desk at Gold Reef City within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
16. If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the above-mentioned 15 days – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
17. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
18. The prize is for 1 person only.
19. The prize excludes transport to and from Gold Reef City.
20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
