3. This offer is only available to persons who have purchased a valid Theme Park ticket during the promotional period or who visits the Theme Park during the Promotional period (12 May to 10 June 2022).
4. The Voucher booklet can be collected from the Theme Park entrance upon receipt of their Theme Park entry armband.
5. One voucher booklet allowed per one valid Theme Park ticket or until voucher stock has been depleted.
6. These vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Voucher redemption at all Tenants acknowledges acceptance of all terms and conditions.
8. The offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. Any alterations/misuse/abuse or fraudulent use of these vouchers will make the voucher invalid.

Restaurant Offers ( Calisto’s Portuguese restaurant, Shaft on 14^th and Barneys Restaurant)

1. Meal discounts and offers must be redeemed at the specific outlet mentioned on the voucher
2. Each offer is specific to each restaurant or outlet and cannot be changed or redeemed for any other item other than what is listed on the voucher
3. Offers are subject to availability and whilst stocks last
4. Offer excludes all public holidays and special occasions at the restaurant’s discretion.
5. All offers are subject to the Tenant’s terms and conditions.
6. Restaurant bookings are recommended due to Covid-19 seating limitations.

FORTNITE GIVE AWAY at Gold Reef City Theme Park

1. This competition is open to South African Citizens only who have purchased or redeemed a valid Theme Park ticket during the promotional period.
2. All fields of the competition entry form must be completed in full to be eligible for the prize.
3. All entry forms must be deposited in the Tombola entry bin provided at the entrance of the Theme Park to be eligible for the prize.
4. A maximum of one individual entry can be entered per person over the promotional period.
5. Only 1 winner will be selected from the combined entries collected through a lucky draw mechanic from the Tombola.

11. Winner will be notified via SMS and telephonic communication.
12. Winner will be announced on social media platforms if media release consent form has been completed.
13. Prize must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the Gold Reef City Casino. Gold Reef City shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided.
14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
