To celebrate the dawn of this momentous occasion, Inner Circle Sessions brings Pratibha Singh Baghel a vocal powerhouse from India to Gold Reef City, Johannesburg, South Africa.
On Sunday, 29 January 2023 Pratibha Singh Baghel will set the tempo for this sensational series which starts at 17H00. This production will feature compositions of Bollywood classic films, current chart-topping hits, ghazals and light classical items performed by Pratibha in an intimate, unplugged, and live acoustic performance.
It takes talent to be able to sing beautifully but it takes extraordinary talent to be able to perform almost any genre with ease just like Pratibha Singh Baghel. This isn’t just hearsay; she has a Lata Mangeshkar Alankaran Award to prove it.
During the year 2020, Pratibha released her debut ghazal album titled Bole Naina, which featured the great lyricist Gulzar and tabla maestro Zakir Hussain. The music video for this song received an astounding 50 million views in just two days!
In addition to her work within the music industry, Pratibha Singh Baghel has sung in musical scores in films and the popular web series Bandish Bandits. She featured on the highly celebrated theatre production, Mughal-e-Azam and performed as the lead actress in the musical play Umrao Jaan Ada. In addition to this already impressive list of people she has worked with, she has also performed live on stage with the great music directors AR Rahman and Salim Sulaiman.
During this momentous Pratibha Singh Baghel Live show, the audience can expect a performance by Pratibha along with a nine-piece sensational band.
