How to enter?

 

All you need to do to qualify is play your favourite Slots or Tables game with your Gold Reef City Rewards Card to qualify for draw tickets.

Each of our cardholders will receive 200 tickets each from 08h00, these tickets will reduce by 40 from 16h00.

This draw will be a combined all tier draw at 20h00 on Tuesday – 23 September.

When to print tickets?

Qualifying Gold Reef City Cardholders Tickets can be printed from 08h00 until 19h55

Proxy nominations will be made available from 08h00 until the start of the draw at the Tsogo Sun Rewards Desk whilst ticket printing is available.

 

How do I know if I am a winner?

Our Electronic Draw System, the TEEDS system will be used to select Five (5) winners at the draw.

There will be a total of Five (5) winner at the 8pm draw

Draw will take place at the promotional stage.

The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.

If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (i.e., a redraw will take place).

Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

All Prize winners will be given an additional R500 each if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App.

Plus all Prize winners will be given an additional R500 +Play each if they have registered and actively played on playTSOGO online betting.

A Total of R80,000 in Cash is up for grabs.

You will need to be verified using positive identification like a valid SA I.D/SA driver’s license or passport.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This Promotion takes on Tuesday, 23 September 2025 and there will be one draw 8pm.
  5. This promotion will be open to specific Gold Reef Rewards cardholders with all tiers being able to receive an accumulative amount of tickets by activating their tickets as follows:

  1. This Draw is an electronic draw which will utilize the Teeds system which will select winners randomly.
  2. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  3. Qualifiers will need to enter the draw by printing their ticket/s at any e-Host on draw day.
  4. Draw tickets can be printed and entered from 08h00 until 19h55.
  5. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
  6. Patrons can only win once per promotional day.
  7. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  8. Participants must activate their entry into the draw, on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the eHosts are open. The opening and closing times for the eHosts will be advertised through mediums and will be communicated via SMS to the qualifiers.
  9. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf and both the participant and nominee must present positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
  10. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
  11. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  12. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  13. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  14. Prize winners will also be given an additional R500 if they can verify that they have downloaded the Tsogo Sun mobile Application and have registered
  15. Prize winners will also be given an additional R500 +Play if they can verify that they have registered and actively played on playTSOGO online betting.
  16. Prizes are not transferrable & winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
