1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Saturday Grand Prize draws

4. The Saturday Grand Prize draws are open to Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders.
5. The Saturday Grand Prize draws will take place 06 & 27 April, 04 & 25 May & 01 & 29 June 2024.
6. Draws will take place at 3pm, 7pm and 9pm.
7. Tickets will be calculated as minimum of 500 points per Gaming visit = 1 ticket (Max 1 ticket per day can be earned if the criteria is met).
8. On Saturdays from 06 April to 22 June 2024 – 2 tickets can be earned for a minimum 500 point per gaming visit for the next Grand Prize draw.
9. 12 month Active King, Queen and Ace cardholders will be issued complimentary tickets as follows: Ace = 50, King = 30 & Queen = 20 for the 1^st draw on 06 April 2024.
10. 30 Day active Jack and 10 cardholders with an average spend of R200 and above will be issued complimentary tickets as follows: Jack = 10 & 10 tiers = 5 tickets for the 1^st draw on 06 April 2024.

13. The number of finalist chosen at the 9pm draws on the 27^th of April, 25^th of May and 29^th of June may vary due to the mid-month cash draw mechanic which allows the winners to choose a month-end finalist spot or the progressive prize.
14. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
15. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
16. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the eHosts are open. The opening and closing times for the eHosts will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
17. Draw tickets can be printed from 08h00 until 21h00 for all Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders on the promotional days.
18. Qualifiers will need to enter the draws by printing their ticket at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
19. Draw tickets can be printed from 08h00 until 19h00 for all Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders.
20. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf and both the participant and nominee must present positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
21. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
22. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
23. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
24. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
25. The Grand Prize winner at these draws will have an opportunity to select one of various vehicles on offer or one Harley Davidson Bike or a Solar power system valued around R400,000.
26. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.

Saturday Cash draws

27. The Saturday Cash draws are open to Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders.
28. Our Cash draws will take place on 13 & 20 April + 11 & 18 May + 08, 15 & 22 June 2024.
29. Tickets will be calculated as minimum of 100 points = 1 ticket.

31. There will be 1 x R25, 000 cash progressive jackpot which will increase by R5, 000 weekly if not won. The Cash progressive will reset to R25, 000 once won. The Progressive Jackpot will be guaranteed to be given away if not won on the 22^nd of June 2024 and will be split equally between the 5 x 9pm winners.
32. Draws will take place at 3pm, 7pm and 9pm.

47. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
48. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
49. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
50. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
