Wednesday Cash draws

4. This Promotion takes place every Wednesdays at 18h00, 19h00 and 20h00 at Gold Reef City’s promotional stage in the Month of December 2024 and January 2025.
5. This promotion will be open to specific Gold Reef Rewards cardholders with all tiers being able to receive an accumulative amount of tickets by activating their tickets as follows:

6. These draws are an electronic draw which will utilize the Teeds system which will select winners randomly.
7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8. Qualifiers will need to enter the draw by printing their ticket/s at any e-Host on draw day.
9. Draw tickets can be printed and entered from 08h00 until the start of each draw.
10. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
12. Patrons can only win once per promotional day.
13. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
14. Participants must activate their entry into the draw, on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the eHosts are open. The opening and closing times for the eHosts will be advertised through mediums and will be communicated via SMS to the qualifiers.
15. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf and both the participant and nominee must present positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
16. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
17. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
18. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
19. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
20. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
21. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.

Saturday Bonus Jackpots

23. The Saturday Bonus Jackpot sessions are open only to All Gold Reef City Reward’s cardholders.
24. The Saturday Bonus Jackpot sessions will take place Every Saturday in December 2024 & January 2025: during the following times:

• 16h00 to 17h00
• 18h00 to 19h00
• 20h00 to 21h00

25. 10 winners per hour will be made and a total of 30 per Saturday Bonus Jackpots.
26. The Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will used to select Bonus Jackpot winners that have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
27. Guests can enter the Bonusing session by playing on any Slot machine or Table’s game on the Main Casino floor or at Barneys Casino Floor on the Activation days during the Activation times.
28. Participants who have met the qualifying criteria, must be actively playing at a Slot machine or Table game during the Bonussing Sessions to stand a chance to win.
29. Additional prizes in the form R100 Cash will be issued via the Ripple Effect reward. Selected patrons playing on the winning Slot Machine will receive R100 Cash.
30. Selected winners must present themselves in person at the selected device within 90 seconds from the time the promotions team arrives at the selected device, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity at a nearby device, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
31. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
32. Each random winner will be presented with a card, containing various cash prizes.
33. Once the envelope is selected the winner will then be issued with his/her prize.
34. Prizes will be in the form of Cash ranging from R1, 000 to R2, 500.
35. A register will be available at Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
36. If the prize winner does not present themselves within 90 seconds and if he or she has not declined to be present by not signing a decline register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection will be conducted.
37. Certain Slot Machines are excluded from Bonusing which is clearly marked.
38. If a participant plays with a Rewards card that does not belong to him/her, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and a re-draw will be done.

Saturday Car draws

40. The Saturday Car draws will take place on 14 December 2024 and 25 January 2025.

83. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
84. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
