PROMOTION DATES AND QUALIFICATION
2.1 The promotion will start on Thursday, 27 April 2023.
2.2 Guests will qualify to enter the promotion by:
2.2.1 Earning tickets and adhering to the relevant ticket-issuing requirements.
2.3 Guests will qualify to enter the promotion through multiple purchases, at multiple Gold Reef Casino and Theme Park outlets that combined make the minimum spend criteria of R300. A list of participating retail outlets can be obtained from the Go Big and Win a Home Ticket Office or Gold Reef City Casino Customer Service Desk.
2.4 Draw tickets will be allocated as follows:
2.4.1 Non-Gold Reef Rewards Cardholder One (1) ticket per R300.

TICKET ISSUING AND TICKET ISSUING TIMES
3.1 Ticket issuing will ONLY take place at the official Go Big and Win a Home Ticket Office situated at the Cash Desk on the Main Casino Floor which will be open on Wednesdays to Sundays from 12h00 until 21h00. The Ticket office will be closed on draw days.
3.2 In order for a ticket to be issued, a guest will have to supply a positive and acceptable form of identification.
3.3 The data collected during the promotion will be managed strictly by Tsogo Sun policies and procedures about privacy and direct communication.
3.4 Retail purchase/s ticket issuing:
3.4.1 The guest will have to present an original receipt/s or tax invoice for redemption – NO copies, Pro-forma invoices or reprints of receipts will be accepted.
3.4.2 Notwithstanding the above, a reprint that is stamped with an “Eligible for Go Big and Win a Home Tickets” stamp AND signed by an authorised signatory from the issuing outlet will be accepted in case of a printing error if this is said on the reprint.
3.4.3 Original receipts/tax invoices that are damaged – spiked or torn – will not be accepted.
3.4.4 Original receipts/tax invoices that are not claimed by the guest at the time and point of purchase, will not be reissued at a later stage.
3.4.5 Original receipts/tax invoices must be stamped with an “Eligible for Go Big and Win a Home Tickets” stamp AND signed by an authorised signatory from the issuing outlet to be accepted.
3.4.6 Receipts will only be valid for ticket redemption for 30 days from the date of purchase.
3.4.7 The Go Big and Win a Home Ticket Issuing platform will calculate the number of tickets based on the values of the receipt/s and the Go Big and Win a Home Ticket Issue staff member will issue the guest with their ticket/s.
3.5 Gaming visit ticket issuing:

4.2 The cash draws will be held at the promotions stage on the Main Casino floor with various satellite stations across the complex on the dates and at the times stipulated. The venue for the draw may vary or change without prior notification as considered necessary by Gold Reef City Management.
4.3 A guest does not have to attend the cash draw, however, should they be present at the draw and be a winner, they will qualify for an added cash amount AND if the winner is a Gold Reef City Rewards cardholder, they will win a further cash amount.
4.4 The issuing of bonus cash amounts is dependent on the order as listed below:

DEAL NO DEAL ATTENDANCE DRAWS
5.1 Deal or No Deal Attendance Draws will take place on 24 September 2023 and 31 March 2024 at 16h00.

5.3 A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Services Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
5.4 Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be allowed to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Relevant parties must present a positive and acceptable form of identification when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).
5.5 Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given Five (5) minutes to present themselves and must have the required documentation belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
5.6 Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present because of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
5.7 This will be an Attendance draw where we will select five (5) winners.

Grand Final Draw
6.1 The Grand Finale Go Big and Win a Home draw will take place on Sunday, 31 March 2024 at 17h00.
6.2 The eligible potential Sixty Five (65) Finalists will participate in this draw.
6.3 All finalists must be present at the Grand Finale Go Big and Win a Home draw on Sunday, 31 March 2024 at 17h00 to be eligible for the prize.

6.9 The winner shall be required within five (5) days from 31 March 2024 to conclude a sale agreement with Balwin Properties and abide by the terms and conditions contained therein with the proviso that no purchase price or any transfer costs shall be payable.
6.10 The winner shall be solely responsible for all costs of ownership, including without limitation, levies, utilities, rates, taxes etc.
6.11 The three (3) bedroom ground floor apartment at Balwin Properties’ Thaba-Eco Village may not be sold or transferred within the first 12 months of ownership by the winner.
6.12 If the winner is a Tsogo Sun Gaming Rewards card holder, Gold Reef City shall pay the first twelve (12) months’ levies (only) to Balwin Properties.
- GENERAL
7.1 In relation to non-attendance draws, the prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
7.2 All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
7.3 Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
7.4 In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
7.5 Every participant in the promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by their participation.
7.6 The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
