  4. This promotion is open to Gold Reef City’s Black, Platinum and Gold Rewards cardholders.
  5. Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders must be playing with their rewards card to be eligible for selection.
  6. Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders must be actively playing on Slots or Tables on the main floor or in Barneys to be eligible for selection.
  7. Rewards card holders playing Tables must hand their card to the dealer in order to be eligible for selection during the Bonusing Sessions in order to qualify whist playing Tables.
  8. If a participant plays with a card that does not belong to him/her, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and a re-draw will be done.
  9. Gold, Platinum and Black card holders must earn 100 points from 08h00 on the draw day to be eligible for selection in the Money shower.
  10. This promotion takes place every Monday from 10 October until 19 December 2022 from 11h00 until 16h00.
  11. Verified winners will be allocated a period of 90 seconds inside the Money Shower to grab as much cash as possible and deposit into the cash box to determine their winnings.
  12. Only the cash that has been deposited into the cash box within the allocated 90 seconds will count towards the guest’s winnings.
  13. In the event that a female guest is wearing a skirt and/or is medically unfit to participate in the promotion, the guest can nominate a proxy to step in on their behalf in which case the proxy cannot be a previous money shower participant/winner.
  14. Participants are not allowed to lean against the glass.
  15. Participants are not permitted to take money on the roof, walls, or the floor of the Money Shower, nor are they permitted to kick money into their hands
  16. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  17. Any person who acts on behalf of an eligible finalist shall not be entitled to prizes and/or benefits awarded to the finalist or prize winner he or she acts on behalf of; In which case the winner must claim their prize within 15 days from the draw date after which they will forfeit their prize.
  18. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and/benefits awarded to finalists or prize winners
  19. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random selection using an approved Random active player selection programme.
  20. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  21. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
  22. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  23. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.

  25. In the event that a selected winner has left the casino a re-draw will take place.
  26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

  29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
