Prive Nights

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4. This promotion is open to Gold Reef City Queen, King and Ace Reward cardholders only.

Queen Tier Weekly Cash draws

5. The Prive Nights Queen Tier draws will take place on specific Fridays in October, November & December 2025 at 7pm in the Salon Prive.
6. The Queen Tier earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using their Gold Reef City Rewards card.
7. Tickets earned will be valid for weekly as follows:

9. Winners can only win once per draw day.

Monthly Car draws

21. The Prive Nights Month-end car draws are opened to participating Gold Reef City Ace, King and Queen Cardholders.
22. The Prive Nights Month-end car draws will on the following dates:

• Friday – 31 October 2025
• Friday – 28 November 2025
• Friday – 19 December 2025

23. Points earning will be 50,000 per ticket and the monthly earning period is as follows:

24. The Car draw prize winner each month will win a vehicle on offer valued around R430, 000 – a cash buy back option for the vehicle will be available and will be agreed upon between the Car winner and winner Dealership directly.

35. Ticket earning is unlimited; however participants can only win once per draw day.
36. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the eHosts are open. The opening and closing times for the eHosts will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
37. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf and both the participant and nominee must present positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
38. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

Bonus Draw

39. The Prive Nights Bonus Draw is opened to participating Gold Reef City Ace, King and Queen Cardholders who has qualified for at least 1 Prive Night car draw in October, November and December 2025.
40. The Prive Nights Bonus draw will take place on the following date:

• Friday – 26 December 2025 at 21h30.

41. Tickets will be issued to Ace, King and Queen Tier patrons who has qualified for at least 1 Prive Nights Car draw in October, November or December 2025 as follows:

• Qualified for 1 car draw = 1 ticket
• Qualified for 2 car draws = 2 tickets
• Qualified for 3 car draws = 3 tickets

42. Three patrons will win a share of R150,000 in cash at the Bonus draw.
43. All Prize winners will be given an additional R1, 000 +Play each if they have registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App and an additional R1, 000 +Play if they are registered and have actively played on the playTSOGO online betting.

Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 12h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw on draw days.
58. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
59. Authorized representatives (Proxies) shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
60. Authorized representatives (Proxies) cannot participate in the same draw in which they are nominate to represent a participant.
61. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
62. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
63. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
64. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
65. Prize winners will be required to produce positive and acceptable form of identification to be verified as a winner.
66. All prizes must be claimed from Gold Reef City Casino within 15 days from the day of the draw.
67. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
68. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
69. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
70. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
71. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
