PROMOTIONAL RULES
1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
4. This promotion is open to all Gold Reef City, Suncoast, Gold Reef City, Silverstar and Golden Horse Reward card members.
5. Draw Ticket Entrees will be awarded for updates on each of the following fields (Max of five (5) Entrees per Patron only):

• PIP/PEP (Cross Ref and Frequent Flyer Information),
• Occupation,
• Source of Funds (To run In the 2^nd period if the gaming system is updated)
• Preferred Communication
• Other (Any update to the Patron Profile) Qualifying cardholders will automatically be activated into the weekly draw entry bin at the respective Tsogo Sun Gaming property where the update was completed.

6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
7. A weekly draw will be conducted every Monday at the following Tsogo Sun Gaming properties: Gold Reef City, Suncoast, Gold Reef City, Silverstar and Golden Horse, where 5 Finalists will be drawn per Property.
8. The Weekly Monday Draw will be conducted for all Patrons who were awarded Entrees at their respective Property, in the prior 7 Day Period (Mon to Sun). Draw Entrees will not carry over into the following week Draw.
9. All 25 Finalists will go into a collective group draw that will take place every Tuesday at Gold Reef City to establish the 5 Winners whom will win their share of the R50,000 in FreePlay.
10. No entrées will be awarded in the event that a Patron has no Patron Profile updates to his /her profile
11. All draws will be non-attendance draws and will therefore not require draw registration.
12. Prize winners will be contacted by their respective properties and advised of their winnings.
13. All winnings / FreePlay will be loaded directly onto the winners / patrons Rewards card.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
